Our Returns Policy

Should you need to return any products to us, please contact us to help determine the best solution for you as quickly as possible. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice and must be accompanied with a Return Goods Authorisation number.

All returned items are subject to inspection before credit can be processed. In some cases items must be sent to the manufacturer for inspection before a credit can be issued, as manufacturers do not allow us immediately to issue credits or replacements. Most manufacturers reserve the right to repair the item and return it to the customer instead of issuing a replacement or credit.

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all non-defective returns. Returned items that show obvious misuse will be returned to the sender. You will also need to enclose your company name, address and telephone number, as well as a statement explaining the problems you are experiencing with the product.

Special order items and used items are non-returnable.
